Shipping

  • We ship to addresses in the United States only.
  • Flat-rate shipping: $5.99 per order.
  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will get an email with tracking when your order ships.
  • Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after shipping.

Returns

  • Not happy? Contact support@k-brands.com within 30 days of delivery and we will help.
  • Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You will not need to pay for return shipping.
  • For other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products (pimple patches) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return.
